A Festival of Lessons & Carols
A Northwest Holiday Tradition: December 5-21, 2026
The Northwest Boychoir celebrates its 48th annual presentation of A Festival of Lessons & Carols
this December. These holiday concerts showcase the 80-member combined chorus
of the Northwest Boychoir and Vocalpoint! Seattle.
Patterned after the Christmas Eve observance at King’s College in Cambridge, England,
A Festival of Lessons & Carols is a beloved holiday tradition for thousands of families across the Puget Sound region.
This 90-minute classical performance consists of nine Christmas readings, each followed by traditional carols
performed by the choir and audience. Join us for a special celebration of the Season!
Northwest Choirs is delighted to welcome audience members ages 5 and above; please, no babes in arms.
We are honored to offer free and discounted tickets with support from a generous grant from King County 4Culture.
